Exchanges and Returns


Sometimes it is difficult to see what a product looks like in real life when purchasing online. Color and finish may be different than you expect, or you may simply not be completely satisfied. If there are any problems, please contact us first so that we can resolve this for you.


If you have ordered from us, we assume that you have carefully considered your decision, but we understand if an item is not entirely to your liking. That is why we give you the option to return your product. You can register your return within 14 days after you have received the item. You then have another 14 days to return the item.



You must pay the costs for returning the item yourself. Items with a maximum length of 175 cm and/or not heavier than 30 kg can be returned by regular mail (for example, DPD and DHL). You always arrange this yourself.


Items delivered to you on pallets by a carrier, or individual items heavier than 30 kilos and with a length longer than 175 cm, cannot be returned by regular mail.
The costs for returning these non-standard shipments may vary by carrier and depend on where you live and the size of the goods you purchased.

You must return the item undamaged in the original packaging and complete with all parts. The packaging can be opened, but not destroyed or thrown away. If the packaging is missing or damaged, there may be a reduction in value for which you are liable.


Please ensure the item is properly packaged when returning it. You are fully liable for the return process and bear the risk until we have received the package.
Suppose, for example, that the item is damaged in transit and further decreases in value due to the handling, or that the item disappears somewhere. Therefore, keep the shipping receipt and, if necessary, the tracking number.



Return instructions:

3. Pack the item with care in the original packaging without further damaging it. If the item is not in the original packaging, you are entitled to a refund of 70% of the purchase price.
4. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 5 working days of receipt.



Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a shame and that is why we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.



Can I also exchange my item?


No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange. To still receive the correct item, you can return the product and place a new order with the correct item.
